How can we help?
Common questions first. If you need a human, email angel.santiago2036@gmail.com.
Why does Nature need Screen Time permission?
Nature runs on Apple's FamilyControls framework. That permission is what lets the app read aggregated usage (for your Nature Score) and apply app shields during focus sessions. Without it, the core features can't run. We never see a list of the specific apps you use. Apple keeps that on your device.
Does Nature see the apps I open?
No. Apple sandboxes Screen Time data so that only on-device extensions can read specific app usage. Nature's cloud only ever receives aggregated numbers: total minutes, session counts, category-level summaries. No app names leave your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nature → Cancel. Apple handles the billing. Nature doesn't store your payment method.
What's the free trial?
New users get 7 days of Nature Premium free. After the trial, if you don't cancel, your selected plan (monthly or annual) begins. Apple sends a system notification before any charge.
Can I use Nature without signing up?
Not in v1. We use Sign in with Apple so your data survives a reinstall and syncs privately across your devices via iCloud.
An app is still blocked after I deleted Nature. How do I fix it?
App shields set by FamilyControls can persist in iOS Settings → Screen Time. Either reinstall Nature and stop the session from inside the app, or go to Settings → Screen Time → App Limits to clear it manually.
Is Nature for parental control?
No. Nature is designed for self-directed adults. It's not a parental-control tool and it's not intended to manage another person's device.
How do I request my data or delete my account?
Email angel.santiago2036@gmail.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days.
Still stuck?
Send a note. Include your device model and iOS version. It speeds things up.
