Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nature ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Nature is a digital wellness application that helps users manage screen time through focus sessions, app blocking, usage tracking, and personalized insights. The app uses Apple's Screen Time API to provide system-level app blocking during focus sessions.

Subscriptions

Nature offers a free tier and premium subscription plans (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed via your Apple ID.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will begin
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies

App Blocking Disclaimer

Nature uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block apps during focus sessions. While we strive to provide reliable blocking:

  • App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time API and may be affected by iOS updates or system changes
  • Emergency calls and critical system functions are never blocked
  • We do not guarantee that all apps can be blocked in all circumstances

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the app's blocking mechanisms for others' devices without their consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
  • Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

Limitation of Liability

Nature is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost productivity, missed communications, or inability to access blocked apps during focus sessions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
